Cybersecurity teams are constantly bombarded with alerts from disparate tools, such as endpoint detection and response (EDR) platforms, SIEM solutions, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and vulnerability scanners. While these alerts are crucial for maintaining security, the large volume of alerts often leads to a phenomenon known as alert fatigue.

Alert fatigue is more than just an operational headache; it’s a critical security risk. When teams are overwhelmed, real threats can be missed amid the noise. Worse, alert fatigue can lead to slow response times, desensitization to high-priority incidents, and burnout among security professionals.

So how can organizations cut through the noise and focus on what matters most?

The Problem with “More” in Cybersecurity

Modern IT environments demand layered security architectures. While each layer is necessary, every added system brings more alerts. Some of these are redundant. Others are false positives. Many are just informational, offering little context or next steps.

Without proper integration and correlation, alerts multiply without clarity, creating:

  • Unmanageable alert volumes
  • Duplication across tools
  • Lack of prioritization or context
  • Manual triage bottlenecks

These issues make it hard to detect and respond to real threats effectively

Why Alert Fatigue Is a Security Risk

  • Critical Alerts Get Buried: Security teams may overlook or ignore critical events when overwhelmed by low-priority notifications.
  • Slower Response Times: Investigations are delayed as analysts sort through thousands of alerts manually.
  • Increased Risk of Human Error: Repetitive alert triage leads to cognitive overload, increasing the chance of misclassifying a real threat.
  • Burnout and Talent Retention Challenges: Alert fatigue contributes to burnout and the ongoing talent shortage.

Strategies to Manage The Noise and Focus on Threats

To combat alert fatigue, organizations must improve how they filter, correlate, and respond to alerts.

Implement Advanced Correlation and Contextualization

Not every alert deserves the same level of attention. Incident Response and Remediation platforms or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions should correlate data from multiple sources, identify patterns, and highlight alerts that are part of a broader attack sequence.

Look for platforms that:

  • Enrich alerts with threat intelligence
  • Connect seemingly isolated incidents
  • Suppress redundant or low-confidence alerts

Prioritize Alerts Based on Risk

Risk-based prioritization uses factors such as asset criticality, threat actor tactics, and potential business impact to score alerts. This allows analysts to focus first on what poses the greatest risk to the organization.

Solutions with built-in machine learning and behavioral analysis can improve prioritization over time.

Automate Repetitive Triage Work

More mature security teams are automating and orchestrating repetitive tasks such as:

  • Validating indicators of compromise (IOCs)
  • Gathering context from threat intel feeds
  • Containing endpoints or isolating users automatically

This reduces analyst workload and improves consistency in incident response.

Establish Clear Alert Routing and Escalation Workflows

Ensure that alerts are routed to the right team members based on skill set, urgency, and severity. Set thresholds for automated escalation when a certain alert volume or severity is met.

Defined playbooks and runbooks streamline response, reduce confusion, and ensure critical alerts aren’t dropped.

Continuously Update Alerting Rules

Security environments change, and so should alerting thresholds and detection rules. Regularly review what’s triggering alerts and fine-tune your systems to reduce noise. Engage with MDR (Managed Detection and Response) providers to ensure configurations align with evolving threats.

Erland, a Massachusetts-based construction management company wanted assurance that their technology was being managed securely and efficiently. To achieve that peace of mind, they partnered with Thrive. Thrive worked with them to modernize their infrastructure and assess their cybersecurity posture, ensuring Erland remained competitive in an industry not always known for their investment in technology.

Erland delivers construction management services across a wide range of industries, including the Academic, Corporate, Commercial, Advanced Technology/ Life Sciences, Residential, Hospitality, and Senior Living markets. With one IT resource on staff, Erland recognized the value in outsourcing the tools and processes required to keep their business running smoothly and safely. For over 20 years, Thrive has been an instrumental partner, providing systems, support, and security to Erland’s team, helping them meet project deadlines while juggling the demands of modern business operations.

Why Thrive Was Chosen

When Bernadette Flaherty joined the company in 1999, she had no idea she would be their tech resource. Without a background in technology, but willing to do whatever was needed, she dove in and became Erland’s IT Manager. She knew managing every aspect of their IT was not a one-person job, so she wanted to find a partner who could supplement the work she was doing.

“Thrive was somewhat familiar with our environment because of a previous Citrix project. Because I was new to IT, and I was familiar with them, I didn’t need to look anywhere else,” recalled Flaherty. She was right – as technology has evolved, so too has the partnership between Erland and Thrive.

Strategic Technology Upgrades and Ongoing Deployment of Essential Security Measures

Migrations have been an ongoing part of Erland’s relationship with Thrive. From Citrix to remote desktops, Exchange to O365, and physical servers to Thrive’s cloud platform, Erland continued to invest in their business and their future.

Tools like online phish testing and security training give Erland’s leadership the confidence that their entire team is actively helping to protect the business they’ve built from the threat of data theft or system intrusion. “Several years ago, somebody on our team at Thrive had recommended the cyber training, it’s called KnowBe4, and that has helped the end users tremendously,” said Flaherty.

As a trusted partner, Thrive takes the burden of managing IT systems off Erland’s shoulders, ensuring all their day-to-day IT needs are monitored and managed in one place. Thrive’s expert team of skilled professionals delivers proactive monitoring, maintenance, and mitigation, backed by top-notch support and our 24x7x365 Network Operations Center.

Thrive’s Impact

Thrive’s people, especially the account manager and vCIO, have been instrumental in the success of this partnership. They take the time to truly understand Erland’s needs, responding promptly and addressing every concern along the way. The team’s transparent communication and proactive approach make Erland feel valued and supported. “We have a very good working relationship. We’ve been with Thrive for so long, it’s almost like a friendship now. That’s the way it should be, it’s so much easier,” remarked Flaherty.

By blending advanced technology with a genuine dedication to customer success, Thrive has solidified Erland’s confidence in the partnership. The family-owned business that has seen many changes over the years finds comfort in knowing their team at Thrive is working around the clock to protect all they’ve worked so hard to build.

The two most significant impacts of Erland’s relationship with Thrive are time savings and peace of mind. By handling necessary, but sometimes confusing or tedious tasks, like license management, Thrive gives time back to Flaherty that could be better spent elsewhere. Moving to the cloud also freed up time that was previously spent exchanging tapes in their server room or waiting for a part to arrive when a piece of hardware failed.

Because of strategic planning and regular meetings, Erland knows they have in Thrive a partner that will always help them leverage proven technologies to make their operations more efficient and secure.

“One of the main benefits for me and my relationship working with Thrive is the trust that I have in the company as a whole. I know if I need assistance with something that may seem small to others but is a huge deal to me that they will be there to assist me with it. Trust to me is a major factor in any relationship.” – Bernadette Flaherty, IT Manager, Erland

2025 is shaping up to be a year where businesses must double down on proactive security measures. With AI-driven threats on the rise, regulatory pressures increasing, and cyberattacks growing in sophistication, companies must take a strategic approach to cybersecurity. Here are the key trends that will shape the cybersecurity landscape in 2025 and how businesses can stay ahead.

Establishing an AI Policy to Govern Usage and Mitigate Risk

AI has transformed cybersecurity, both as a defense mechanism and a tool leveraged by cybercriminals. Organizations must implement formal AI policies that regulate the use of AI tools across business operations, ensuring compliance, ethical AI deployment, and security best practices. An AI policy should cover:

  • Usage guidelines: Defining permitted AI applications within the organization.
  • Security measures: Addressing risks such as AI-generated phishing attacks and deepfake scams.
  • Compliance considerations: Aligning AI use with industry regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, DORA, and emerging AI laws.
  • Data protection: Preventing sensitive company and customer data from being fed into AI models.

By proactively setting AI policies, businesses can harness AI’s potential without exposing themselves to unnecessary risks.

Continuous Threat Exposure Management

Traditional vulnerability management is often too infrequent and fails to prioritize the biggest threats to your business. Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) is a trending approach that takes an attacker’s point of view to discover and prioritize weaknesses based on how likely they are to be exploited.

In 2025, organizations should increasingly rely on autonomous penetration testing to conduct regular, AI-driven security assessments as part of their CTEM program.

Autonomous pen testing offers:

  • Continuous system weakness detection: Unlike annual pen tests, automated solutions provide ongoing security insights.
  • Faster remediation: Identifies and prioritizes security gaps based on real world attack techniques.
  • Reduced costs: Automating penetration testing minimizes the need for expensive manual engagements.

By integrating autonomous testing into their security strategy, organizations can reduce their attack surface and improve overall resilience.

Strengthening Preventative Controls and Threat Detection Capabilities

A reactive approach to cybersecurity is no longer sufficient. Organizations must proactively assess their security posture and implement a multi-layered defense strategy that includes both preventative and detective controls.

Preventative Controls: Reducing the Attack Surface

The right safeguards can prevent one compromised user account from becoming a sprawling security incident.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enforcing MFA for all user accounts, particularly for privileged access.
  • Strict Access Controls & Least Privilege: Limiting access to only what is necessary for each user, minimizing insider and external threats.
  • Zero Trust Security: Continuously verifying access requests rather than assuming internal network trust.

Threat Detection: Respond Faster to Evolving Attacks

While monitoring firewall logs is still important, it is no longer a sufficient threat detection strategy.

  • Threat Intelligence: Leveraging real-time threat feeds to stay ahead of emerging attack techniques.
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR): Providing advanced monitoring and automated responses to endpoint threats.
  • SaaS Threat Detection: Monitoring security logs for Microsoft 365 and other business-critical applications allows you to proactively disable accounts exhibiting suspicious behavior.

By implementing a mix of preventative and detective measures, businesses can significantly improve their security posture and resilience against cyber threats.

Virtual CISOs (vCISOs) for Compliance and Strategic Security Leadership

With cyber regulations becoming more stringent and security risks increasing, businesses—especially mid-market companies—are turning to Virtual CISOs (vCISOs) to fill critical leadership gaps. A vCISO provides:

  • Compliance expertise: Helping businesses navigate evolving regulations like CMMC 2.0, SEC cyber disclosure rules, and ISO 27001.
  • Security strategy development: Aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.
  • Incident response planning: Preparing organizations for rapid and effective breach response.

For organizations that lack the budget for a full-time CISO, a vCISO offers an effective and scalable solution to drive security and compliance forward.

Contact Thrive today to learn more about embracing these emerging trends, organizations can build a robust cybersecurity framework that protects their data, employees, and customers from the evolving threat landscape.

The City of Moose Jaw partnered with Thrive to modernize its backup and disaster recovery solutions, addressing the unique needs of Canadian municipalities. By replacing its outdated, on premises systems with Thrive’s managed services, including Veeam Backup, Office 365 Backup, and Warmsite DRaaS, the city achieved significant cost savings, improved operational efficiency, and ensured business continuity for its citizens.

The City of Moose Jaw, located in southern Saskatchewan, Canada, has approximately 34,000 residents. Like many municipalities, it faces challenges balancing IT resources, ensuring efficient service delivery, and safeguarding critical data. When the city’s legacy backup system became insufficient to meet its growing needs, Ryan Nelson, Information Services Manager for the City of Moose Jaw, sought a partner who could provide a scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solution.

Why Thrive Was Chosen

The city’s previous backup system relied on outdated software and hardware, which was costly to maintain and offered limited functionality. Nelson wanted a partner, not just a vendor—someone who could provide a hands-on relationship, offer expertise, and ensure a seamless transition to a modern solution. Thrive stood out as the ideal choice.

For years, Moose Jaw’s IT team relied on a system that required constant attention and offered limited functionality. Backups were stored locally and replicated at a nearby site with no warm recovery capabilities, and the system placed a significant maintenance burden on the team. Nelson knew the city needed a company that could deliver more than just technology; they needed expertise and a relationship they could count on.

“I wanted to move away from being dependent on aging hardware and manual processes,” Nelson said. “But more importantly, I wanted a partner—not a corporation—who would understand our specific challenges and help us achieve our vision. Thrive stood out because they could deliver exactly what we needed and provided a personal, trustworthy approach,” said Nelson.

Thrive proved to be the ideal fit for the City of Moose Jaw by offering a hands-on, tailored service model. Their ability to provide a fully managed solution eliminated the need for the city’s IT team to manage complex licensing or invest in additional training.

Solutions Delivered

Thrive provided a comprehensive suite of solutions to modernize the City of Moose Jaw’s backup and disaster recovery processes. The cornerstone of the implementation was Veeam Backup and Recovery, a turnkey solution that allowed the city to securely back up its data while enabling fast, local recovery when needed. Thrive also implemented robust retention policies to manage and protect the city’s growing Office 365 environment, including email and SharePoint, ensuring data security across cloud-based workloads.

In addition to backups, Thrive delivered Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), providing the city with a warm site ready to ensure continuity during a disruption. This solution integrated seamlessly with the city’s existing VPN infrastructure, offering secure and reliable access to critical systems during continuity events.

“Thrive’s ability to guide us through every transition step was invaluable,” Nelson shared. “They provided clear documentation, answered all our questions, and ensured the solutions worked perfectly within our environment. We went from an outdated, labor-intensive system to a modern, hands-off approach almost overnight.”

With Thrive’s help, the City of Moose Jaw now has a fully managed solution that addresses its backup needs and ensures readiness for future challenges.

Thrive’s Impact

Since partnering with Thrive, the City of Moose Jaw has seen transformative results. The IT team no longer spends excessive time managing backups, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities.

“We’re no longer spending time babysitting backups or troubleshooting outdated systems. Instead, we’ve gained a reliable solution that meets our needs and has saved us money,” Nelson shared.

Business continuity has also improved significantly, ensuring the city can maintain operations in any scenario. The city now has peace of mind knowing that its data and services are protected, even during potential disruptions.

Looking ahead, Moose Jaw is also working with Thrive to fortify its cybersecurity. This continued collaboration highlights the
trust and value Moose Jaw places in Thrive’s expertise and solutions.

Florida Southern College, a small private institution, overhauled its IT infrastructure and fortified its security by partnering with Thrive. Through Thrive’s Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and Data Protection as a Service (DPaaS), featuring immutable backups, the college was able to meet regulatory standards, enhance infrastructure reliability, and protect critical data. This partnership has driven continuous IT improvements, successfully attaining the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and FERPA compliance.

Florida Southern College, facing the unique challenge of modernizing its IT infrastructure and meeting strict regulatory requirements with limited resources, initially relied on DSM for disaster recovery and data protection services. After Thrive acquired DSM, the partnership focused on risk assessments and proactive IT improvements, helping the college enhance security, achieve GLBA and FERPA compliance, and strengthen its digital capabilities.

Why Thrive Was Chosen

Florida Southern initially engaged Thrive to handle specific IT projects, such as migrating student emails to the Cloud, due to the college’s limited internal resources and small internal IT team. As Florida Southern’s needs evolved, Thrive’s expertise and hands-on support made them a key partner in tackling more considerable challenges like network security and compliance.

Florida Southern College Chief Information Officer Francine Neiling recognized the need for continuous risk assessments to identify and remediate IT vulnerabilities. Neiling prioritized Thrive’s risk assessments, which provided detailed insights into potential gaps and risks. These assessments allowed Florida Southern to allocate resources strategically and drive improvements while adhering to their budget constraints.

“Thrive’s assessments were critical in helping us understand our IT gaps and prioritize projects based on risk, all while staying within our budget. While other vendors delivered the basics, Thrive followed up with solutions and guidance to ensure everything worked seamlessly across our systems,” said Neiling.

Strategic Deployment of Advanced Security Measures

Thrive has become Florida Southern College’s primary partner for security and compliance, helping implement key regulations like GLBA and FERPA. They have been instrumental in deploying multi-factor authentication, improving data loss prevention, and securing student information. Thrive also provides regular network assessments and annual penetration tests to maintain compliance and security.

Thrive provided Florida Southern with a fully managed on-premise Cloud infrastructure, delivering scalable DRaaS and DPaaS with immutable backups. This flexible infrastructure met both operational and regulatory needs while continuously improving security and disaster recovery.

“Thrive’s on-premise Cloud infrastructure gave us the flexibility to meet our specific IT needs, while their immutable backups and orchestrated offsite recovery provided peace of mind, knowing our data was secure and recoverable,” said Neiling.

Thrive’s Impact

With Thrive’s continued support, Florida Southern College has significantly improved its network stability and security. By streamlining its network infrastructure, the college resolved issues caused by multiple vendors’ equipment that had previously led to campus-wide outages. Thrive’s guidance has also helped the college maintain regulatory compliance, saving time and money while allowing its small IT team to focus on daily operations.

In its 2024 audit, the college received only two minor findings, demonstrating the enhanced security posture and infrastructure resilience.

“Since partnering with Thrive, our security has improved dramatically. What would have taken us years to accomplish on our own was completed efficiently with their hands-on support. They’ve truly become an extension of our IT team,” said Neiling.

Northeast Investment Management, Inc. (NIM), a Boston-based investment firm managing nearly $3 billion in assets, partnered with Thrive to address its IT and cybersecurity needs. Thrive’s managed IT services provided a complete, outsourced technology solution, allowing the firm to focus on its core business while ensuring regulatory best practices, safeguarding client data, and enhancing remote accessibility.

By partnering with Thrive, Northeast Investment Management (NIM), a registered investment advisor (RIA) in Boston, overseeing nearly $3 billion in assets for individual clients and family offices, has reinforced its cybersecurity, maintained regulatory compliance, and improved operational efficiency. NIM recently moved its Boston office and relied on Thrive to transition their entire IT infrastructure to their new location.

Why Thrive Was Chosen

Northeast Investment originally began working with Tier1Net, a firm later acquired by Thrive, based on a trusted recommendation. Thrive’s proactive approach to IT management and expertise in investment advisory compliance made it a natural choice for NIM.

“Thrive’s knowledge of compliance, especially cybersecurity and privacy, gave us confidence that they could manage these complexities. Their specialized, single-source IT and security support keeps us on track with industry standards,” shared Richard Manoogian, Chief Compliance Officer.

Solutions Delivered

Thrive provided NIM with a comprehensive suite of services, spanning network management, software maintenance, data security, and staff training. Thrive managed NIM’s migration to ThriveCloud, ensuring a secure, cloud-based environment that provides peace of mind for NIM.

Manoogian added, “Thrive delivers everything from infrastructure management to cybersecurity training. They’re a true one-stop shop, even providing us with tools like phishing tests to keep our team vigilant and secure against evolving threats.

Thrive’s Impact

Partnering with Thrive allowed Northeast Investment to reduce operational risks while ensuring their technology infrastructure met the stringent regulatory requirements. Thrive’s expertise saved the firm time and costs by negating the need for additional in-house IT staff.

“With Thrive, we don’t have to worry about our IT systems. They’re proactive, knowledgeable, and dependable. This partnership lets us focus on our clients, knowing our data is secure and compliant,” said Manoogian.

E.R. Jahna Industries, a Florida-based sand mining company, needed to enhance its IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. With limited internal resources, it turned to
Thrive for a comprehensive IT and cybersecurity solution. Thrive delivered a multi-layered cybersecurity framework, migrated critical servers to its private Cloud, and implemented detection and response systems. This partnership allowed E.R. Jahna Industries to safeguard its operations, reduce risks, and free up internal resources.

The Challenge

E.R. Jahna Industries, a leader in sand mining, plays a crucial role in various industries across Florida and Southeast Georgia markets, including construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure. However, their Director of IT quickly realized they were falling behind in terms of security and technology. With a small internal team, E.R. Jahna Industries needed a trusted partner to elevate IT operations and protect assets. That’s where Thrive came in.

Why Thrive Was Chosen

After assessing their security posture and IT environment, E.R. Jahna Industries’ Director of IT, Thomas Single, knew that addressing cybersecurity was a priority. Thrive, with its reputation and existing relationship, was the ideal partner. But it wasn’t just about the technical capabilities but about trust and partnership.

“Thrive was chosen not just because of the technology or cost. It was more about the relationship. I consider them partners, and I knew they could help us get where we needed to be,” Single explained.

Strategic Deployment of Advanced Security Measures

Thrive implemented a comprehensive solution that began with building an Active Directory domain, migrating servers to Thrive’s private Cloud, and enhancing detection and response systems. Their approach included multiple layers of security, addressing infrastructure weaknesses, and protecting E.R Jahna Industries’ operations from potential threats.

“We didn’t have an Active Directory domain in place, and everyone had too much access. Thrive stood up the domain, migrated all our PCs, and helped us every step of the way,” said Single. “They were with us through the entire process, ensuring we had the right tools and systems in place.”

Additionally, Thrive took over the management of cybersecurity training for E.R. Jahna Industries employees, relieving internal resources and providing better coverage with ongoing threat monitoring.

Thrive’s Impact

Since partnering with Thrive, E.R. Jahna Industries has significantly improved its IT security and operations. Enhanced detection systems quickly neutralize potential threats, giving the team a sense of calm and confidence. The migration of critical infrastructure to Thrive’s private Cloud has freed up internal resources, allowing the company to focus on core business activities.

“Since partnering with Thrive, we’ve not only enhanced our security posture, but we’ve also streamlined our IT operations. They’ve helped us prevent issues before they become real problems, which has had a measurable impact on the stability and efficiency of our business.”

“Thrive’s team is at the top of their game. The handoff between the project and support teams was seamless, and every resource we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.” When I first joined the company and did the assessment, I did not sleep at night, thinking we would have a problem, and I was just waiting for that ticking time bomb. Since we put all the tools in place and engaged with Thrive, I sleep at night. I sleep very well at night.” ~ Thomas Single, IT Director, E.R. Jahna Industries

G. Modiano, one of Europe’s largest wool manufacturers, needed to modernise its IT systems without disrupting daily operations. To help tackle this, they partnered with Thrive. Thrive stepped in to secure and streamline its cybersecurity posture, ensuring G. Modiano stayed ahead in a rapidly changing digital world while keeping its global operations running smoothly.

G. Modiano is a major player in the wool manufacturing industry, with operations spanning multiple countries. As a company deeply rooted in industrial production, its IT infrastructure supports both corporate operations and factory machinery across jurisdictions. Over the past couple of years, Thrive has been an instrumental partner, ensuring G. Modiano’s security framework remains robust, scalable, and ready to meet the demands of modern business operations.

Why Thrive Was Chosen

When Perry Willis, IT Director of G. Modiano, joined the company seven years ago, he recognised the need to modernise the company’s IT infrastructure. While the existing systems were functional, they were fragmented and outdated. “The infrastructure wasn’t broken, but it hadn’t moved forward with the times,” Perry explained. The company needed a forward-looking cybersecurity approach that could integrate its systems while maintaining seamless operations.

After evaluating several providers, Perry selected Thrive for their ability to deliver reliable, repeatable security solutions with minimal complexity. Thrive’s reputation, strengthened by its acquisition of the UK-based ONI, and their proactive, customer-focused approach made them the clear choice for G. Modiano’s evolving needs.

Strategic Deployment of Advanced Security Measures

Thrive began its partnership with G. Modiano by conducting penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities within the company’s IT infrastructure. Unlike previous providers, Thrive’s approach stood out due to their transparent and straightforward project management. Perry appreciated the clear feedback, stating, “The project management was really good, very honest…refreshing, really.” Thrive delivered detailed reports with actionable insights, without the unnecessary complexity often seen in cybersecurity evaluations, providing G. Modiano with the tools to strengthen its security posture.

One of the key challenges G. Modiano faced was managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions, given its operations in Europe and beyond. With data centres in the UK and infrastructure spread globally, ensuring adherence to regional regulations was critical. Thrive played a pivotal role in navigating these complexities, helping G. Modiano maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while securing its diverse IT infrastructure. Thrive adapted and provided solutions that ensured both security and regulatory compliance across all operational areas.

Thrive’s Impact

Beyond technical results, Thrive’s people have played a crucial role in the partnership’s success. Its project management team, particularly the dedicated account manager, has gone above and beyond to ensure G. Modiano’s unique needs were met. Thrive’s combination of cutting-edge technology and personal commitment to customer success has reinforced G. Modiano’s trust in the partnership.

Thrive didn’t just offer a one-size-fits-all service; they actively listened, responded quickly, and ensured every detail was addressed. The team’s open communication and straightforward approach made G. Modiano feel supported at every stage of the partnership.

Thrive’s success with G. Modiano goes beyond just technical results—it’s the people behind the solutions that have truly made a difference. Despite G. Modiano being a smaller business in terms of its corporate headcount, Thrive understood the complexity of its IT infrastructure and handled it with precision. Thrive’s solutions allowed Perry and his team to focus on the core business without being bogged down by the technical intricacies. “Thrive delivered exactly what they promised, on time, and without any fluff,” Perry said. That straightforward reliability is what solidified G. Modiano’s trust in Thrive. Thrive team members didn’t just deliver technology—they provided peace of mind, making G. Modiano feel confident and secure about the future

“The business outcome with Thrive wasn’t just about security; it was about having a partner who delivered consistently, streamlined our processes, and gave us full transparency into every step. We’re confident in our infrastructure now, knowing it’s well-managed and future proofed.” ~ Perry Willis, IT Director, G. Modiano
